Venn Group is currently working with a large NHS company who are looking for a Personal Assistant. Below is a brief synopsis on the role;
PA to the Inpatient Matron
Duration: Start date – ASAP – 6 Months Initially
Location: Portsmouth / Flexible
Band 4
Rate: £14.27 PAYE or £15.59 Umbrella
Hours: 37.5

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, using own initiative and be pro-active in resolving issues to ensure delivery of set targets

Effective communicator both orally and written, with the ability to working with people and teams being, approachable, assertive, courteous, tactful and diplomatic

Exceptional time management with experience of working to tight and often changing timescales

Being flexible and adaptable at work to meet competing priorities
